As I journey through Pandemic December, I’m trying to stay amused by the contrasts. For example, the second last Friday before the school holidays is traditionally our staff party.
Last Christmas: prime rib and sushi rolls and shrimp and spinach dip and crackers and rolled up deli meat and cheeses and so much more.
This year: peanut butter pretzels, grilled cheese, and fancy tomato soup. Oh, and pickles.
Tis a different year for sure
Missing that prime rib!!!
